Retail Shipping Charges:
Orders under $100: Ground Shipping 3-5 days, rate calculated at checkout
Orders over $100: Free Ground Shipping 3-5 days, excludes freight items
Orders over $1500: Free Freight Shipping 3-5 days
Minimum order: $24 minimum purchase to check out
Freight Only Items: Items identified as freight only (heavy, oversized, etc) cannot ship on Ground service. We can ship them to you freight free for orders totaling $1,500 or more. For orders under $1500 you can contact us for a freight quote (typically $150-$300).
We ship our products (except custom mixed paint and store items) to all states in the Continental US using UPS, Fedex, USPS, and a number of LTL carriers for freight only items.
Custom mixed paint and products in the store only ship to the Eastern Half of the US from our store in Michigan and includes the states shown on the map below. The states that we ship custom mixed paint to include Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusettes, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and charged your credit card for the purchase. Our paint mixing specialist will add your item(s) to his list then mix up your paint code in the order it was received. Orders for custom paint typically take 1-2 days to fulfill.
Order Shipment:
Once your order has been fulfilled we will package up all of your items and hand them off to our shipping carrier. Our Ground service carriers typically picks up once daily in the afternoon, while Freight carriers typically pick up within 2 days of order confirmation. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the store to the e-mail address or phone number you provided when checking out. Once you receive your tracking information it usually takes 1-3 days to deliver your package(s). If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at service@virtucolorsupply.com or call us at 616-577-5042.
The shipping address for Freight orders must be a valid business address, residential addresses are not acceptable.
We will deliver to a PO box via USPS service as long as the items are not restricted due to size, weight, hazardous, etc. per USPS Publication 52.
Shipping Methods:
LTL (COMMON CARRIER)
- Minimum order total (before tax) to qualify for prepaid is $1,500.
- Preferred method of delivery, all products can ship (hazardous, heavy, and bulky) as long as the minimum dollar amount is met.
- LTL deliveries require a signature by an approved party at the time of delivery. Delivery will only be made during normal business hours (8am-4pm M-F). If no one is present at the time of delivery the carrier will not drop off the items. The delivery will be taken back to the carrier's nearest terminal, and redelivery will not be attempted until the cosignee or cosignee agent has contacted them to schedule a time. In the case of redelivery the cosignee may be charged a fee according to the tariff rules posted on the carrier's website. Eagle National retains the right to refuse delivery to any cosignee that refuses to pay the redelivery tariff.
Package Delivery (UPS, USPS, Fedex)
- Minimum order total (before tax) to qualify for prepaid is $100
- The following categories of products will not be shipped via Package Delivery:
- Products identified as 'Freight Only' on the product page.
- Select Hazardous Material Containers 1 gallon or larger (ie. body filler, acetone, alcohol, primer)
- Other liquids containers larger than 3 gallons (ie. degreaser, reducer, cleaners)
- Body and Parts Stands
- Bulky Equipment (ie. safety cabinets, carts, dollys, paper tree, filters)
- Heavy Equipment (ie. paint shaker, blast cabinet, compressor, dryer)
- The following categories of products will not count towards the package delivery prepaid total. Freight charges for these items will be added to the invoice:
- Masking paper
- Plastic sheeting
- Sticks
- Strainers
- 5-gallon containers
- More than 4 gallon containers of liquids (paint, solvents, cleaners, etc)
- Body filler
- Primer (Gallons)
- Other overweight or oversized packages.

Give it a few yrs to see if it rusts
Good price and GREAT shipping. I didn't have to wait long for them to arrive and they were packed so securly. I have to say who ever packs for your shipments is a 10 out of 10. (And we order a lot) Both buckets were wrapped tight in bubble wrap and the box they came in was packed so snug with paper filler those cans were not going anywhere.
