P10.3.K1 is a high solids DTM 2K Urethane Primer made for the Automotive or Light Industrial & Fleet market. P10 is known for excellent adhesion to a variety of bare metals, while also providing excellent corrosion resistance (passes 1000 hr salt spray resistance). This primer is also great for high build repairs, and is easy to sand after 2-4 hours air dry.

  • Size: Gallon
  • Color: Gray
  • 4:1 mixing with AV005 hardener for 2.1 VOC. Can reduce up to 35% if desired.
  • For OEM trailer and truck body manufacturers, signs and advertising manufacturers, airport ground support equipment, truck and trailer refinishing
  • High solids content, 55% by weight
  • Apply 2 medium wet coats, allowing 10-20 min flash between coats, topcoat in 1 hour, sand in 2-4 hrs at 68F
  • Can force dry for 20 min at 140F in production shops
